‘An Evening With PinkPantheress’ residency announced for London’s Brixton Academy

PinkPantheress has announced a residency at Londonʼs O2 Academy Brixton later this year.

The singer-songwriter is set to host two nights at the venue on September 18 and 19, under the banner ‘An Evening With PinkPantheress’.

Fans who pre-order her forthcoming mixtape ‘Fancy That’ here by 5pm BST on Wednesday (April 9) will get exclusive pre-sale access.

Tickets will go on general sale at 10am BST on April 14 and can be purchased here.

She is due to release the follow-up to 2021’s ‘To Hell With It‘ on Friday May 9. She dropped her debut studio album, ‘Heaven Knows‘, in 2023.

After sharing the single ‘Tonight‘ last week (along with a Bridgerton-inspired music video), PinkPantheress took to social media last night (April 6) to unveil the full tracklist for her next mixtape.

She said via a press release: “Announcing this tape marks a huge milestone for me as an artist, this feels like the most tied together project Iʼve applied myself to as an artist and for my fans who have been with me for years, I hope they can hear the signs of growth in me as an artists.”

In January, PinkPantheress announced that she was “soooo back” to release new music this year.

Last week, she was announced for Glastonbury 2025’s Silver Hayes area along with the likes of Jungle, Confidence Man (DJ set) and Marie Davidson.

In a four-star review of PinkPantheress’ debut album, NME wrote: “Ultimately, what makes ‘Heaven Knows’ such a compelling debut is its ability to create British wistfulness. The emotions and sounds are familiar enough to pull you in, and peculiar enough to make you stay. Heaven knows the boundaries of Pink’s talent to come.”

NME also reviewed the London date of her 2024 ‘Capable Of Love’ tour, awarding the show four stars and describing it as “a relentless extravaganza” that served as “a launchpad to showcase her newfound confidence on stage”.

PinkPantheress had to cancel a run of tour dates “to focus on [her] physical health and overall wellbeing” last summer. This meant she would no longer co-headline Field Day 2024 or open for Coldplay on their ‘Music Of The Spheres’ world tour.
