Taboo:

So first of all, Shakira is an icon.

Darina Littleton:

Shakira, Shakira, Shakira, Shakira, mamita, my love. This lady really has my heart.

Brendan Buckley:

I have been playing drums for Shakira since 1998 I did an MTV Unplugged with her. We put a band together, and that’s been kind of more or less the band ever since. We’re like brothers and sisters now.

Darina Littleton:

It just feels like family here on the tour.

Taboo:

It’s a blessing to call her sister, to know her, and to share this amazing stage with her. I love the camaraderie. I love from not just us on stage, but the people backstage, the security, the staff. It’s a family environment, and I’m just proud that we can stand in solidarity as an Angeleno, as a native Mexican from Los Angeles, to be able to come back home after touring in Europe, and then to be able to open up for Shakira in front of our hometown, it’s a blessing. And especially for Latinos in these crazy times, bringing good medicine with music and exactly the optimism and the hope and the inspiration that music brings,

Darina Littleton:

I would say she’s 110% involved in every decision that’s being made.

Darina Littleton:

My girl’s a perfectionist, OK? Like the reason why she is at the top, and she is the queen bee, and she’s Queen, she really cares about every single piece of her show.

Keep watching for more!
