Released last April, the runaway hit topped the UK singles chart and peaked at Number Three on the Billboard Hot 100. It also won Best Pop Solo Performance at the Grammys earlier this year.

The song narrowly missed out on being named as Spotify’s most streamed song of 2024, coming in second place behind Billie Eilish’s ‘Birds Of A Feather’.

To celebrate the single’s one year anniversary, in partnership with Blood Records, which specialises in creative custom vinyls including the recent white powder-filled edition of Charli XCX’s ‘Brat’ remix album, a thousand copies have been put on sale for fans. You can view it below.

Carpenter recently said that upon its release, she felt she had “literally no idea” if the public would like the song.

Trent Reznor also recently declared the chart-topping hit as the best song of 2024.

Elsewhere, her 2024 album ‘Short N’ Sweet’ recently topped the biggest albums of 2025 so far earning 196,000 chart units this year alone. The record has racked up a total of 569,000 units since its release last August. It also finished at Number Three in the top selling vinyl albums of 2025 so far.

Carpenter’s sixth studio effort spent four weeks at Number One in the UK overall – including two this year. It previously came in as the third-biggest album of 2024.

The pop star also recently featured in Fortnite with a collaboration inspired by her ongoing ‘Short N’ Sweet’ world tour.

She recently wrapped up the European leg of her world tour but will be back in the UK this summer for two gigs at London’s Hyde Park as part of the BST festival series. Clairo will support her at both gigs, with Beabadoobee set to play on July 5 and Olivia Dean supporting on July 6. More artists will be added to the lineup in the coming weeks and tickets are on sale now.
