Lil Yachty Launches His Own Tequila Seltzer Brand: ‘I Wanted Something That Tastes Good’

Lil Yachty doesn’t like the taste of alcohol, so he made his own. The Atlanta native added to his lucrative business portfolio with the launch of his Yacht Water on Thursday (Feb. 27), which is really a tequila seltzer.

Boat partnered with Quality Control’s Kevin “Coach K” Lee and Sneaky Pete Spirits on the endeavor. “I’m sure you guys know I don’t really enjoy alcohol. Honestly, it’s not that I don’t want to, I just don’t like the taste,” Yachty says in the hilarious ad. “I wanted something that tastes good, so I made Yacht Water.”

“Send me some,” Justine Skye requested in Yachty’s IG comment section. Yacht Water is available at select retailers and appears to be in the Atlanta area only for now.

A fan added: “HES BACK IN HIS ENDORSEMENT BAG!”

Another championed Yachty, saying, “There’s a reason why Boat is my fave artist lmao – dude is a genius!”

Yachty’s brand partnership bag is second to none when it comes to his peers in the rap game. He’s previously notched deals with Target, Sprite, Nautica, Axe, Adidas, Alexander Wang and more.

On the music side, Lil Boat hasn’t been too busy yet in 2025. Last year, he teamed up with James Blake for their Bad Cameo joint album.
