With February coming to an end, some of today’s top stars are welcoming some warmer weather with hot new music drops.
It was a major week for pop, with Tate McRae dropping her highly anticipated third studio album, So Close to What. The project features previously released viral singles “It’s ok I’m ok,” “Sports Car” and “2 Hands,” as well as a collaboration with Flo Milli titled “Bloodonmyhands.” Additionally, the album features a collaboration with McRae’s boyfriend, The Kid Laroi, titled “I Know Love.”
Meanwhile, JENNIE is prepping for the release of her debut solo album Ruby by teaming up with Grammy winner Doechii for the confident new single, “ExtraL.” The full album is set for release on March 7.

Another collaboration came from newly engaged couple Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco, who worked with Gracie Abrams for their latest song, “Call Me When You Break Up.” The track is set to be featured on Gomez and Blanco’s upcoming joint album, I Said I Love You First, which is scheduled to arrive on March 21. The newly engaged duo announced the project last week, while also dropping its lead single, “Scared of Loving You.”
Don Toliver and Speedy teamed up with J-Hope and Pharrell for “LV Bag.” J-Hope teased “new music on the way” this year in his “Beginning of a New Dream” YouTube video, with the “2025. 03.” caption suggesting a new song will be out in March. It would mark J-Hope’s first new track since his discharge from the army last October and first release since his six-track EP Hope On the Street Vol. 1 last March
