On the new Billboard Pop Shop Podcast, we’re talking about what we know so far, with the Oscar nominations announcement being postponed to next week and going virtual; the Critics’ Choice Awards pushing to Jan. 26 (for now); and the Grammys announcing plans to stick with its original Feb. 2 broadcast date (again, for now), with a renewed focus on raising money for wildfire relief efforts. Since we recorded the podcast, The Weeknd delayed his Hurry Up Tomorrow album to Jan. 31 and canceled his planned Rose Bowl promo concert, while Beyoncé delayed her Jan. 14 announcement to a later date.
