Kylie Minogue announces ‘Tension’ North American tour dates for 2025

Kylie Minogue has announced a North American leg to her upcoming ‘Tension’ tour. Find ticket details and a full list of new dates below.

Announced today (October 3), the new run of dates comes as an extension to the number of upcoming shows already announced for the UK, Asia and her native Australia next year.

The tour starts in Australia in February and moves through to Asia in the spring. Now, Minogue has confirmed that a US run of shows will take place shortly before she heads over to the UK.

North American shows commence on March 29 with an opening slot at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto and a gig the next night at Montreal’s Bell Centre.

From there, the pop star will head over to Chicago at the beginning of April, and play shows in Atlanta, Orlando, Austin, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver and more throughout the remainder of the month.

The final show of the US leg will be held on May 2, when the pop icon will perform at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Two weeks after that, she’ll head across the pond for the scheduled run of UK dates.

Tickets for the US shows go on sale next Friday (October 11) at 10am local time. Pre-sale options are available from next Wednesday (9) and Amex presale options commence on Tuesday (8). Visit here to buy tickets and find a list of all US dates below.

“I am beyond excited to announce the ‘TENSION TOUR’ 2025. I can’t wait to share beautiful and wild moments with fans all over the world, celebrating the ‘Tension’ era and more,” Minogue said, announcing the tour last month. “It’s been an exhilarating ride so far and now, get ready for your close-up because I will be calling Lights, Camera, Action … and there will be a whole lot of Padaming!”

The shows across the globe don’t just come in celebration of last year’s huge album, ‘Tension’, they also arrive after the ‘Padam Padam’ singer announced her follow-up LP ‘Tension II’. Consisting of nine new tracks, the record is set for release on October 18 via BMG and is available for pre-order here.

Speaking to NME in Singapore ahead of her headline performance at the country’s F1 Grand Prix, Minogue shared that the upcoming album is “kind of a hybrid” between a deluxe edition and a new album, one that “was never intended to be another volume of work”.

The pop icon released her latest single ‘Lights Camera Action’ last week and has previewed the tracks ‘Edge of Saturday Night’ with The Blessed Madonna, her Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo collaboration ‘My Oh My’, ‘Midnight Ride’ with Orville Peck and Diplo, and ‘Dance Alone’ with Sia.

When ‘Tension’ originally dropped, NME wrote in a four-star review: “The result isn’t Minogue’s most cohesive or revealing LP, but it does feel driven by its own internal logic. Ultimately, ‘Tension’ plays like a fun, flirty night out with an old friend who never burdens you with her problems.

“Whether you’ve known Minogue for a lifetime – or just since ‘Padam Padam’ – you’ll want to join the party.”

‘Tension’ included the aforementioned smash hit ‘Padam Padam’, which ended up landing at Number Three on NME‘s best songs of 2023 (and was very nearly given to Rita Ora).

Minogue described its “seismic” success as “overwhelming”, saying: “It’s an incredible time. It doesn’t really feel real to me yet because it’s all just happening.
