aespa surprise fans with new music video for ‘Live My Life’

K-pop girl group aespa have dropped a new music video for ‘Live My Life’, a cut from their new album ‘Armageddon’.

‘Live My Life’ originally appeared on aespa’s first-ever studio album, ‘Armageddon’, which was released late last month. The record was led by the single of the same name, and also includes the smash hit ‘Supernova’.

“I live my life / Break out from the box that defined me / Your obvious way of thinking / I live my life / Now it truly begins, this life I’ve chosen / And I, as a main character,” the quartet sing on the pop-rock track. Meanwhile, the video follows aespa as they leave to live life on their own terms.

Earlier this month, aespa will embark on their 2024 ‘SYNK: Parallel Line’ tour, staring with a two-night concert in Seoul, South Korea. There after, the girl group will bring their tour to East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia and more until the end of September.

Meanwhile, aespa singer NingNing recently made a guest appearance on Lee Mu-jin Service, where she covered songs by Tori Kelly, Beyoncé and more. The K-pop idol also performed an abridged version of the girl group’s 2023 song ‘Thirsty’.

In other K-pop news, ex-LOONA member Chuu has announced her upcoming 2024 ‘Strawberry Rush’ fan-con tour in the Americas, featuring concerts in the US, Mexico and more in August and September.
