St. Vincent Drops New Track ‘Flea,’ Announces ‘All Born Screaming’ Tour

St. Vincent wants y’all screaming on her new tour. On Thursday, the singer released her single “Flea” and announced tour dates to celebrate her upcoming album, All Born Screaming, slated for this summer.

The tour will see St. Vincent stopping by San Francisco, Boise, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Toronto for several shows and festival appearances. She’ll bring a handful of rising stars on the road with her, including Spoon, Yves, Tumor, Eartheater, Dorian Electra, and Momma.

Tickets for St. Vincent’s tour are available via pre-sale on April 3 at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets will go on sale for the general public on April 5 at 10 a.m. local time.

As for the single, “Flea” follows the release of her album’s first track “Broken Man,” which came out at the end of February. “There are some places, emotionally, that you can only get to by taking the long walk into the woods alone—to find out what your heart is really saying,” St. Vincent previously said in a statement about her upcoming album. “It sounds real because it is real.”

For the album, Clark worked with a group of “highly curated group” of collaborators that include Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl and Josh Freese, Rachel Eckroth, Mark Guiliana, Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Stella Mogzawa, David Ralicke, and Cate Le Bon.

She also recently stopped by Fallon to perform a cover of “Glory Box” by Portishead with the Roots.
