“My little brother is about to finish a record-breaking 12-night run. I don’t think of you as ‘this’ at all in day-to-day life. I think of you as a brother, an uncle and a best friend,” said Gemma, 35, during her onstage appearance, according to NME. “And seeing the incredible community that has formed around you, is just indescribable. Thank you to everyone who has been here with you over the last 12 nights and the last 16 years.”

The former One Direction singer and solo star made history when he wrapped up the London leg of his Together Together world residency run in support of his Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally album, beating the two previous record-holders at the venue, Coldplay (10 nights in 2025) and Taylor Swift (eight nights in 2024).

“I’m so proud of you. And not just proud because you’ve done things like this, which nobody does. I’m proud of who you are, and who you allow other people to be and the impact that you have on so many, not least on the ones who get to love you in real life and what a privilege that is,” Gemma Styles continued in a video posted by Wembley. “Thank you for being you, and thank you for letting us watch. I love you so much. Please — help me congratulate you on a historic 12 nights at Wembley!” The singer appeared on the verge of tears during the tribute, thanking his big sis and giving her a big hug.

In addition to the banner-raising, Styles hosted an on-stage Pride celebration for his 80,000 fans featuring some of his tour dancers alongside drag queens and kings Jonbers Blonde, Awhora, Le Fil, Kitty Scott Claus, Loose Willis, Mahatma Khandi, Nicole Pellegrino, Zahrirah, Brandy Xtravaganza and Will Power. Styles also performed the song “Sweet Creature” from his self-titled 2017 debut solo album as the surprise song at the final London show.

Styles took a moment to pay tribute to his former 1D bandmates, saying, “I wouldn’t be on this stage if it wasn’t for four friends of mine that were a massive part of this journey. I wanna thank Niall [Horan], Louis [Tomlinson], Zayn [Malik] and my dear friend Liam [Payne] for these nights and everything that I learned in this time, the friendship, everything … None of this would be possible, I wouldn’t be here without you, thank you so much.”

On Monday morning (July 6), Wembley posted a short film titled THE MOVIE chronicling the 12-night stay-put cued to “Sweet Creature,” showing the singer’s fans dancing, singing and having the time of their lives during the shows. The venue also shared a photo of Styles and his touring crew accepting a Guinness World Records certificate honoring the record run.

Styles will enjoy a week off before heading to Brazil on July 17 for the first of four nights at Estadio Morumbis in São Paulo, followed by six night at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City in early August and a whopping 30-night run at New York’s Madison Square Garden from Aug. 26 through Oct. 31.
