TWICE Light Up ‘The Tonight Show’ With ‘Strategy’

TWICE returned to late-night television on Monday night (Feb. 23), performing their hit “Strategy” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The nine-member K-pop group appeared as musical guests on the NBC late-night program, bringing synchronized choreography and arena-level staging to Studio 6B at Rockefeller Center.

The performance marks the third time the 2023 Billboard Women in Music “Breakthrough Award” winners have appeared on the program, following renditions of “The Feels” in 2021 and “Set Me Free” in 2023.

Their track “Strategy” has become a standout in the group’s current touring cycle, serving as a focal point of the North American leg of their THIS IS FOR World Tour. The group recently wrapped a three-night run at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York, where they debuted a 360-degree stage configuration — a first for TWICE. The arena trek continues through mid-April with scheduled stops in Atlanta, Montreal, Orlando, Boston, Chicago, Saint Paul, Denver and Austin.

The Fallon appearance underscores TWICE’s sustained visibility in the U.S. market. Over the past several years, the group has expanded its arena footprint across North America, landing multiple entries on the Billboard 200 and solidifying its position as one of K-pop’s most consistent touring acts. Their 2025 projects — THIS IS FOR and the 10th anniversary release Ten: The Story Goes On — continued that momentum, while members JEONGYEON, JIHYO and CHAEYOUNG also contributed a version of “TAKEDOWN” to the K-Pop Demon Hunters soundtrack.

With a major arena run underway and continued late-night exposure, TWICE remain a fixture in the global pop landscape. Watch their performance of “Strategy” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon below.
