Along with renditions of “Roller Coaster” and “Online Songs,” the band added “Josie” back to the setlist and covered Descendents’ “Hope”
Blink-182 appear to be digging into their bountiful bag of deep cuts for their latest tour, with the band playing a handful of Take Off Your Pants and Jacket gems for the first time in over 20 years.
On Thursday, at the kick-off for their “Missionary Impossible Tour” (yes, they’re still doing the shtick, bless them) in Hollywood, Florida, Blink played “Roller Coaster” and “Online Songs.” Both tracks appeared on Take Off Your Pants, and Blink hasn’t played either of them since 2001, when they were touring in support of that record (via Setlist.fm and Stereogum).
Those weren’t the only old favorites Blink-182 played during their set. The band performed their Dude Ranch classic “Josie” for the first time since 2018, while it also marked their first time playing it with guitarist Tom DeLonge since 2014. (DeLonge left the band in 2015 before reuniting with them in 2022.)
“Wishing Well” off 2011’s Neighborhoods was another addition, with the band last playing it in 2016, and DeLonge last playing it with them in 2014. Blink-182 even dug up an old cover they hadn’t played in more than 20 years, “Hope,” by SoCal pop punk progenitors, Descendents.

The Missionary Impossible Tour is set to run through early October, with Blink-182 joined by Alkaline Trio throughout the trek. (Alkaline Trio is, of course, the band featuring guitarist/vocalist Matt Skiba, who took DeLonge’s place during his years away from Blink.) During the run, Blink-182 will also play a handful of festival dates, including a night one headlining set at Chicago’s Riot Fest, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
Blink-182 released their most recent album, One More Time…, in 2023. The album is their first with DeLonge since he rejoined the group.
