The NME Magazine July/August 2025 issue with Kwn on the cover is now on sale

The July/August 2025 issue of NME Magazine, with Kwn on the cover, is out now – alongside a copy of MusicTech Magazine featuring Blake Slatkin.

Having first launched in 1952, NME’s last printed edition of the weekly incarnation of the magazine ceased in 2018. In July 2023, NME announced our return to print with a bi-monthly global magazine that showcases the best new artists and bands on earth, alongside exclusive new franchises, unmissable features, industry insight and expert reviews of the latest music, TV, film, and gaming releases.

We’re thrilled to announce that R&B force and sensual singer Kwn is on the cover of the 13th issue of NME Magazine, which is now available exclusively via retailer Dawsons. It comes bundled with a copy of MusicTech Magazine, which marks the publication’s return to print after a four-year hiatus and features Blake Slatkin on the cover.

Each issue of NME Magazine is fronted by an edition of The Cover: NME’s flagship editorial property that champions emerging talent, elevating new artists and bands as part of our commitment to global new music discovery. Kwn has been on fire since the release of her viral hit ‘Worst Behaviour’ and its Kehlani remix – and has since released the EP ‘All Due Respect’ and announced a breathlessly anticipated tour of Europe, the UK and North America. Kwn was profiled for The Cover by Kyann-Sian Williams and shot by photographer Hannah Cosgrove.
