“Kevin, we’re in the biggest house in Ohio. Can we sing a song together?” Jelly asked onstage
Am I seeing double? On Sunday night, Jelly Roll headlined the Buckeye Country Superfest at Ohio Stadium — and surprised the crowd when he brought out comedian Kevin James, who was dressed almost identically to the country star.
In videos shared from fans at the show, Jelly and James sang along to Jelly’s biggest hit as James tried imitating Jelly’s hand movements and stage presence during the song. “So, who the hell am I, who the hell am I/To expect a Savior, oh/If I only talk to God when I need a favor?” sang the pair. (And yes, James’ mic was on!)
The comedy king could be seen bouncing around and dancing similarly to Jelly’s movements as he interacted with the crowd at the stadium show. (Only thing missing on the Paul Blart star? Jelly’s arm and face tats!) “Kevin, we’re in the biggest house in Ohio. Can we sing a song together?” Jelly Roll asked James in one video.

For his part, James is set to start a stand-up show tour in mid-September for the fall, including a pair of shows in Las Vegas in late October. He’s also set to star in Playdate later this year and Solo Mio, a film he wrote and produced, out early 2026.
