Lola Young is heading back to North America for an extensive tour for the first time since her viral single breakthrough “Messy” arrived. The pop musician will spend the fall completing the 17-date trek scheduled to kick off on Nov. 1 in Toronto. “Can’t wait to be back in the room with you all,” Young wrote on Instagram.
Young will make stops in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, San Francisco, and more cities. The tour will conclude on Dec. 6 in Los Angeles. General sale for the tour will begin on Friday, June 6, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets will also be available during presales beginning Tuesday, June 3, at 10 a.m. local time.
Last month, Young returned with her latest single “One Thing,” a quirky, idiosyncratic record that previews her forthcoming album. Though few details have been revealed about the project, the singer shared: “The album that is coming soon has some deeeeeep ones tho don’t you worry lmao I can’t wait for u to shake some assss to this one tho.”

Earlier this year, Young spoke to Rolling Stone about her breakthrough moment as she looked to the future. “I think that’s the whole purpose of why I make music, is to make people feel like they belong somewhere,” she said at the time. “That’s what I want people to feel. I understand them, and millions of other people do, too.”
