Hosted by the Major League Baseball Players Association, Topps and Fanatics, the invite-only event will open its doors at 10 p.m. ET and run through the night until 2 a.m. ET.

“There’s something special about being part of a week that celebrates the game and the players who make it great,” 2 Chainz tells Billboard. “The Players Party is where sports, entertainment and culture come together, and I’m honored to help make it a memorable night.”

He continues: “Big thanks to the MLBPA, Fanatics and Topps for throwing a great party. I’m looking forward to celebrating in Philadelphia and bringing energy to the stage.”

Chainz was part of 2025’s MLB All-Star Week when he fronted a campaign for a limited-edition capsule collection, which saw Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God team up with the MLB to honor Atlanta’s rich sports history.

The Atlanta rapper could hear his music at the MLB All-Star Game this year in Philly. While the All-Star teams are yet to be announced, Chicago Cubs star Pete Crow-Armstrong currently uses Chainz’s “It’s a Vibe” as his walk-up song, according to WalkUpDB.

The 2017 hit featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz and Jhené Aiko landed on Chainz’s Pretty Girls Like Trap Music album and reached No. 44 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The 48-year-old is currently on the road supportingLil Wayne on his 20 Years of Carter Classics tour. He made a guest appearance on T.I.’s Kill the King album for project standout “Dope Boys Academy,” which also features 2000s titans T-Pain and Jeezy.
