Watch Ho99o9 perform two fierce new songs ‘Bad Vibes’ and ‘Bald Eagle Britney’

Ho99o9 have performed two fierce new songs this week – check out footage of the moment below.

The American rap-punk outfit performed two new songs on COLORS, ‘Bad Vibes’ and ‘Bald Eagle Britney’. COLORS also teased that the album “is due this year”, although no specific date or album announcement has yet been released.

Made up of theOGM and Yeti Bones, the pair stopped by COLORS to perform the two songs, which are as yet unreleased.

Later, the pair took to X to say that the new songs wouldn’t be appearing on their new album. They wrote: “These songs will not be on the next horror album, they’re actually just tracks of us in the studio messing around having fun. This just the tip of the iceberg,” they added.

Check out the performance here:

Last summer, the pair were forced to cancel their autumn North American tour where they were due to co-headline with The Armed.

In a statement at the time, The Armed said: “The domino effect of some cancellations beyond our control (weather, health, etc) in combination with some personal emergencies had forced costly, drastic pivots over the summer.

“This led to a financial situation that we were hoping to quietly outmaneuver in the background over the last couple of months. However, as the tour moving into pre-production has called for resources we simply do not have, we’ve had to face facts that our current scenario is simply untenable. We cannot, at this moment, bring you the show.”

They also lamented the loss of co-headlining with Ho99o9, who themselves released a statement explaining that they would focus on their album and future live shows.

“We’d like to inform you, unfortunately our fall tour with The Armed is cancelled. As y’all know we take our live shows very serious. We’re focusing on making that a better experience for y’all and currently finalising and focused on our third album. Bummer we won’t be able to cross paths this fall. Truly appreciate your patience.”

In a four star review of their 2022 Travis Barker-produced album, ‘Skin’, NME wrote: “Opening up the definition of rap-rock, [the band] prove that you can hold yourself to the same intricate lyrical standards of rap, while sounding closer to the rockstars they grew up falling in love with.”
