Kim Petras and Trixie Mattel Will Headline First Outloud Fest in Boston

Flo Milli, Rebecca Black, and G Flip are among the other performers at Pride Month event

West Hollywood’s Outloud Music Festival is coming to the East Coast. Rolling Stone can officially reveal that Kim Petras and Trixie Mattel will headline the first-ever Outloud Music Festival in Boston on June 21 at the Stage at Suffolk Downs.

“OUTLOUD understands the assignment: queer talent, great music, and hot people!” Mattel tells Rolling Stone. “Getting the opportunity to bring that energy to Boston for the first time is such an honor, and I’m so ready to serve on stage.”

Rounding out the single-day festival are rapper Flo Milli, pop diva Rebecca Black, alt-drummer G Flip, and Ariana Grande’s brother, Frankie Grande.

Smaller acts such as Oompa, Big Body Kweeng, Hannah Rad, and Math3ca will also make appearances at the event.

“With today’s political climate, it’s more important than ever to uplift queer voices and provide a platform for LGBTQ+ artists,” said Outloud founder Jeff Consoletti in a press release. “Bringing the Outloud Music Festival to my hometown of Boston is a surreal and full circle moment for me, a moment that isn’t lost in today’s climate of hostility towards my LGBTQ community.”

The event will be co-produced by JJLA and The Bowery Presents, and tickets are set to go on sale to the public on April 18 at 10 a.m. ET. Prices start at $69.

The new Boston festival will arrive just several weeks after Lil Nas X and Lizzo headline the original WeHo edition on the weekend of May 31. Petras will also play there, as will Rebecca Black, Honey Dijon, Paris Hilton, and Pabllo Vittar.
