There’s a new reason for music enthusiasts to make a pit stop at their local record store this Black Friday.
Record Store Day has unveiled its 2026 Black Friday lineup, bringing a massive assortment of limited-edition releases to independent record stores on Nov. 27. And while shoppers may be used to hunting for deals on TVs and tech, this year’s slate gives music fans plenty of picks to head to their local record shop instead.
Among the biggest pop names on the list is KATSEYE, which will release The Dance Breaks on 12-inch yellow vinyl. The special edition brings the live dance-break arrangements of “Debut,” “Gnarly” and “Gabriela” from the group’s Beautiful Chaos Tour to vinyl for the first time. The release is also pressed with a KATSEYE logo etching. Both members of KATSEYE who are currently on hiatus from the group — Manon and Sophia — were on the Beautiful Chaos Tour and should be included in the recording.
KATSEYE isn’t the only newer-generation artist getting a limited-edition item. keshi, CORTIS and sombr are also represented on the lineup, as well as Holly Humberstone, who is releasing a 7-inch featuring performances from her BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge session. The latter pairs her rendition of “Cruel World” with a cover of Harry Styles’ “Coming Up Roses.”
Joji is also getting in on the fun with a deluxe edition of Piss In The Wind, featuring new tracks and instrumentals. Noah Kahan, meanwhile, has two releases on the list: a 7-inch featuring “Draw You Out,” his contribution to The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping soundtrack, as well as The Last of the Bugs, a 12-inch EP pressed on 180-gram Alpenglow vinyl.
For fans who like their records with a side of nostalgia, there’s also something to dig into. The Rolling Stones’ Aftermath gets a clear-vinyl edition with additional package extras, while George Harrison’s 33 1/3 and self-titled album arrive as new zoetrope editions. Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band’s Night Moves gets a 50th-anniversary pressing through Third Man Records, and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts’ I Love Rock ‘N Roll receives a special “Shadow Album” edition.
The list also marks vinyl debuts for Barenaked Ladies’ Born on a Pirate Ship and Rock Spectacle, while Stevie Nicks’ Bella Donna, 2Pac’s Pac’s Life and New Edition’s Candy Girl are among the other catalog titles getting special pressings.
And if live music is more your speed, the lineup is stacked there, too. Prince, Joni Mitchell, Bruce Springsteen, Marianne Faithfull, Funkadelic and Billy Joel all have live releases included, alongside sets from Brigitte Calls Me Baby, the Old ’97s and Jeff Tweedy. Billy Idol and The B-52s both take listeners back to 1982 with archival performances, while jazz releases include recordings from Stan Getz, Charlie Parker and Bill Evans.
The soundtrack section is also packed. A special Wicked package brings together music from both chapters of the film musical, while KPop Demon Hunters gets a holographic-art variant with additional inclusions.
With more than 150 limited releases making their way to independent record stores, the 2026 RSD Black Friday lineup covers just about every corner of music fandom.
Record Store Day Black Friday takes place Nov. 27. The full list of releases, participating stores and additional details are available through Record Store Day.
