Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers and Fontaines D.C. lead first names on stacked line-up

Primavera Sound has announced the first wave of artists leading the bill for its 2027 edition including Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers and Fontaines D.C.

The festival will return to the Parc del Fòrum from June 3 to 5 next year, and is celebrating 25 years.

Last week, organisers confirmed the dates of the ticket sales for the upcoming edition, and also told fans to keep their eyes peeled for the first line-up announcement coming today (Monday October 5).

Now, a huge list of names have been confirmed for the 2027 instalment, and leading the way is Doechii who will be performing at the festival for the first time, as well as Phoebe Bridgers – who is celebrating the recent release of new solo album ‘Lost Weekend’ – as well as Fontaines D.C. who are gearing up to drop ‘Dopamine Chamber’ later this month.

Others performing at the festival next summer include Massive Attack and Chemical Brothers while FKA Twigs will also be bringing an “all new show” to the festival site.

Joining them on the bill are Turnstile, Robyn, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Pavement, ADÉLA, Prospa, Caroline Polachek and Hayley Williams. Skrillex and Australian artist Ninajirachi will be holding a b2b set to close the festival.

More names on the bill include King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Bleachers, Underworld, EsDeeKid, ANOHNI, Weyes Blood, English Teacher, Julien Baker, Rebe, Dove Ellis, Metronomy, Arca, underscores, DIIV, Westside Cowboy, Lip Critic and Angine de Poitrine.

Bonnie “Prince” Billy is lined-up too for a rare festival appearance, as is 81-year-old cult vocalist Vashti Bunyan who has played barely a dozen times live over the past 10 years.

From now until October 7, a registration form for the Fan Sale will be available on the Primavera Sound website. On October 8, all registered users will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Fan Sale from 11am CEST.

General ticket sales will open on October 9. Visit here for more information.

This year’s edition of the Barcelona festival was held at Parc del Fòrum between June 4-6, and names on the bill included  The Cure, Gorillaz, The xx, Doja Cat and Massive Attack.

There was also a surprise set from Olivia Rodrigo, and NME gave the festival a three-and-a-half star review, praising it for delivering “another solid edition” despite starting “on a slightly sour note”.
