Oasis Share First Teaser for Upcoming Doc ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’

On the one-year anniversary of Oasis’ first reunion show, the band has shared the first teaser for Don’t Look Back in Anger, the almost-shelved documentary about the Gallagher brothers’ unlikely comeback.

The 45-second clip features Oasis’ rowdy crowds and hints at rehearsal footage as Noel and Liam Gallagher talk about their reunion years after Oasis’ acrimonious breakup.

“I just don’t see myself onstage with Liam, I just don’t see it,” Noel says in voiceover, while Liam adds, “The way it finished, unacceptable.”

“The film is an unapologetically uplifting account of the biggest musical event of 2025, capturing the experience and emotions of the band and their fans across the world,” a synopsis said. “The unique perspective includes rehearsal, backstage, and onstage access as well as the first joint interviews with Noel and Liam in over 20 years. Alongside the band’s sold-out world tour, the film also explores the profound emotional impact of this phenomenal global cultural moment and what their music means to audiences and generations worldwide.”

Don’t Look Back in Anger, created by Peaky Blinders’ Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, will open in IMAX and cinemas this September before arriving on Hulu and Disney+ later this year.

“The Oasis world tour united generations, cultures and countries and spoke to a broken world about reconciliation,” Knight said in a statement. “Don’t Look Back In Anger is not only your ticket to the show – it’s a backstage pass and a seat at the table when Liam and Noel sit down together for the first time in 15 years and tell it how it is and how it was.”

Oasis’ reunion trek kicked off on July 4, 2025 in Cardiff, Wales and toured Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and South America before concluding in November in Sao Paulo, Brazil, days after the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The band has not revealed their future plans.
