Diljit Dosanjh to Make History as First Punjabi Artist to Headline London’s Wembley Stadium

Diljit Dosanjh will headline London’s Wembley Stadium on Sept. 12 for his largest-ever European concert.

He will headline the iconic 90,000-capacity London venue and will become the first Indian and first Punjabi artist to achieve the feat. Arjit Singh became the first Indian to headline a stadium show in the U.K. at the neighboring Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2025.

The Punjabi star made the announcement during his show in Toronto on Sunday (May 31) at the city’s Rogers Centre, referencing the fact he now joins Michael Jackson, Queen and Prince to have headlined the stadium. Wembley Stadium will also play host to Harry Styles, My Chemical Romance, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd and Bon Jovi over the coming months.

Dosanjh last performed in the English capital in October 2024, headlining the city’s 20,000-capacity O2 Arena.

Tickets for the Wembley Stadium show will go on sale starting with an artist presale on June 10 at 10 a.m. (BST). A general onsale will begin on June 12 at 10 a.m. (BST) via Live Nation.

Dosanjh is currently in the midst of his Aura world tour with its North America leg kicking off in Vancouver in April. He has since headlined a number of arenas on the run, including two shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden. The leg will close with a pair of shows at San Francisco’s Chase Center (June 20, 21).

He released his 15th studio album Aura in 2025, and in January released a new version of his song “Senorita” with J Balvin. In May, he attended the Met Gala in New York for the first time and in April he appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon for a second time to promote recent EP The Call of the Panjab.
