Drake’s Iceman is finally here and it brought along a couple friends.
Not only did the Toronto rapper drop his highly anticipated ninth solo album, he also dropped his 10th and 11th solo albums, effectively giving fans the Iceman Trilogy. While each project is different in its own way, he did most of his barring up on Iceman, and it seems like he still hasn’t got over the 20 v. 1 battle from 2024 that ultimately culminated in his historic clash with his now-arch nemesis Kendrick Lamar.
Drake had smoke for the likes of LeBron James, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, the aforementioned Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Mustard, NBA player DeMar DeRozan, Jay-Z, and Joe Budden (allegedly), so he clearly felt like he had some unfinished business and felt the need get some things off his chest. However, he still managed to get some witty bars off about relationships and the current state of the rap game in regards to the charts, and even showed concern about artificial intelligence.
I know 43 tracks is a lot to digest, especially only a few hours after being released, but we did the hard work, so you wouldn’t have to and tried to find the bars that made us sit up straight. Mind you, while Drake had a slew of features on here — from the formidable likes of Future (!), 21 Savage — and Central Cee, it was Aubrey who did most of the heavy lifting on this list.
So, grab some more coffee and check out what we felt were the 20 best lines below.

-
“I feel like my phone knows we’re talking/ I think that the news knows we’re watching/ Karma is about to come knocking/ I’m so scared for what those times are gonna be like/ A.I. used to be some guy we tried to be like/ Ladies used to be free before 10 every night, now they got you all in a line standing outside”
Song: “Prioritize”
Who said it? DrakeDo you think Drake has read 1984? We need him to get behind the anti-data centers movement like he is with the Free Palestine movement.
-
“What happened to Drake from 2009? When all of the moments was intimate? What happened to Drake with the innocence? I don’t think we’ll be seein’ him again”
Song: “Make Them Know”
Who said it? DrakeThe success and the hate have turned him bitter and paranoid, and I can understand where he’s coming from, even if I think he should try to handle things a bit differently. The summer of 2024 clearly shook him to his core.
-
“You expect men you f—kin’ to buy you nice things, but you wouldn’t call it transactional”
Song: “Slap the City”
Who said it? DrakeHe’s just like us, fr. The dating scene is in shambles in 2026, chat. Even Drake isn’t immune to the nonsense, and it speaks to his ability to be relatable over the course of his career when he raps about relationships.
-
“Molly Santana the new Hannah Montana”
Song: “Ran to Atlanta”
Who said it? Molly SantanaMolly Santana has officially arrived. She just needs her own Disney show now.
-
“Check signin’ is my kink, pushin’ out ink, I feel like a squid”
Song: “National Treasure”
Who said it? DrakeSimple, yet effective.
-
“How many matchas can you consume in a day?/ Your engagement ring needs diamond testing”
Song: “Prioritize”
Who said it? DrakeWe don’t matcha shame here, but that second line is hilarious. Imagine telling a shorty that?
-
“You flew out and Shai gave your boyfriend a 30-piece all in your face”
Song: “Hurrr Nor Thurr”
Who said it? DrakeThis is clearly a depraved individual.
-
“Now the penthouse in Bahamas is right next to Jordan like I’m Lebanese/ And apparently n—as’ souls is for sale like the seven seas”
Song: “Make Them Pay”
Who said it? DrakeThere are instances on Iceman where he goes crazy and those are mostly my favorite moments. I’m not really into the victimhood raps that are littered throughout. With that being said, I wonder what his relationship is with His Airness.
-
“You boys got big off my name, that’s big enough/ We know how you OGs rockin’ already, my n—a, the jig is up/ They say the truth will set you free, well, mine is gon’ stream while you watch in HD/ They say that karma could take an eternity, yours is droppin’ the same night as me”
Song: “Janice STFU”
Who said it? DrakeA shot at Jigga? The god might have to take off the blazer, loosen up the tie, step inside the booth and remind him that Superman is still alive.
-
“They tryna cover it up like a quilt/ ‘Rari go skrrt on a boy like a kilt/Kept it a 100 on paper like Wilt/ Trickin’ it off on her, payin’ her bill/ That’s just how I do the sauce and the spill”
Song: “Janice STFU”
Who said it? DrakeThis is one of his better flows on one of the better songs across the three tapes he dropped last night. Drake is one of the best when he’s in this zone.
-
“What did I miss? When I was looking at y’all and cooking with y’all/ And giving out verses and bookings to y’all?/ Making sure wires were hit, man, what did I miss?/ When you was all in my crib, liquor and hoes/ Word for word at all of the shows/ You always felt like this, man, what did I miss?”
Song: “What Did I Miss?”
Who said it? DrakeRegardless of how you feel about Drake, the way everyone got at him at once was something rap has never seen before. Has to be an insulating feeling when it feels like everyone turned on you. However, there should also be some self reflection to try to understand what it is that you did to make all them so mad two summers ago. Accountability is a two-way street.
-
“Me, I stood ten T’s and accepted the mission/ Cause I’d much rather death than submission/ How can you press the ignition and let some memories of the past affect your decision/ I love you cause of the history, but if we being real, I could never forgive you/ And you never called me back, but destiny’s written, for real/ F–k a big three anyway, there was too many chefs in the kitchen, it was a mess to begin with.”
Song: “Make Them Pay”
Who said it? DrakeCole might have to step in the ring and get it over with. [insert ah, shit here we go again .gif]
-
“Hеr ass is all natty like Florida Gator”
Song: “What Did I Miss?”
Who said it? DrakeThis line stuck out to me when this originally dropped a few months back, even though the Gators haven’t won a Natty since the days of Tim Tebow.
-
“And, Khaled, you know what I mean/ The beef was fully live, you went halal and got on your deen/ And your people are still waitin’ for a free Palestine/ But apparently everything isn’t black and white and red and green/ Damn, I’m seein’ everyone’s true colors, for real, I’m sensin’ a theme”
Song: “Make Them Pay”
Who said it? DrakeDJ Khaled needs to fire up whatever social media app and stand behind his people. Enough is enough. And shout to Drake for calling for a ceasefire back in 2023 before it was cool to stand for the people of Palestine.
-
“When you was a part of the team, we used to be plannin’ our Mexico trip in the spring/ We must’ve been dealin’ the spur of the moment ’cause why did we think you could get us a ring?/ They braggin’ ’bout how you went home, the f—k are they on? Crodie, we threw ’em away/ G Pop sent us a real one from Daygo and next thing we knew, we was doin’ parades”
Song: “National Treasure”
Who said it? DrakeDeMar DeRozan gotta get one of his rapper friends to diss Drake like Dame used to do with Cam back in the day, because Drake put him in a blender.
-
“I shouldn’t even be shocked to see you in that arena/ Because you always made your career off of switchin’ teams up.”
Song: “Make Them Remember”
Who said it? DrakeHe will never get over LeBron being at the Pop Out, but this line is kinda ironic because one of his best friends in the NBA is Kevin Durant who also has the reputation for switching teams. The Slim Reaper hasn’t left his side, though, so I digress.
-
“Who knows which one of his bubble-shaped tings I must’ve ushered through the double gates/ Showed her the time of her life while broski havin’ stomach aches/ Hearin’ about good times at Lover’s Lake And send her back to you while you sleepwalkin’ naked in another state/ Ah, you’ll live to see another day and even if you don’t, it’s just another day/ We ain’t cryin’ for your punk ass anyway”
Song: “Make Them Remember”
Who said it? DrakeRap Twitter is saying these bars are allegedly directed at Joe Budden, and we cannot wait for the next episode of the pod if that happens to be the case.
-
“When it don’t go your way, just hop on a plane and come to your bae/ I’ll cover you up and cover your stay/ And split the filet and chardo-nay, okay/ Home or away, this shit ain’t a game/ Let’s dip overseas, I’ll take you to Spain/ You dip out the league, I’ll make you the main/ Ayy, how do you manage to Cartier Crash/ But stay in your lane? You’re one of a kind, I cannot explain ya/ You’re pressure and pain/ Retire your number, go out with a bang, damn/ What she gon’ do for a ring? Damn/ Same thing I do for the gang, damn/ That’s a real long list of things”
Song: “WNBA”
Who said it? DrakeHe was flowing on this track, especially during this part of the song. Now let the internet do its sleuthing to try to figure out if he’s really rapping about a current WNBA player.
-
“Don’t even recognize none of thеse names at the top of thе charts, I looked”
Song: “Shabang”
Who said it? DrakeMe either, but we must let the youngins coming up the grace to become stars in their own right. Good line nonetheless, because he should be all over the charts next week.
-
“I’ll take $500K, not the dinner, I never could learn s–t from none of y’all.”
Song: “Whisper My Name”
Who said it? DrakeYeah, Jay is gonna have to come back outside and give him a bar or two.
